📅 September 25, 2026 ✍️ HEPA Lab
HEPA Lab (Higher Education, Psychology, and Policy Analysis Laboratory) is pleased to announce that it has formally signed the Declaration on Knowledge Equity of the Knowledge Equity Network (KEN) and is now officially listed among the Network’s signatories on the KEN website.
The Declaration on Knowledge Equity represents a collective commitment to advancing more open, collaborative, and equitable approaches to knowledge and higher education. It emphasizes the important role of higher education in addressing global challenges and calls for greater openness, inclusion, collaboration, and equitable access to education, research, and knowledge.
The Declaration is grounded in four core principles: Universal, Collaborative, Inclusive, and Sustainable. It encourages higher education institutions, researchers, educators, funding agencies, publishers, organizations, and individuals to work together to promote open education, open research, knowledge sharing, and more equitable access to the benefits of higher education and research.
As a signatory, HEPA Lab shares the Declaration’s commitment to advancing knowledge equity and recognizes the importance of openness, collaboration, and inclusive access in strengthening research and education. The Lab will continue to explore these principles through its work at the intersection of higher education, psychology, and policy analysis, with particular attention to educational equity, knowledge access, and the broader social impact of research.
HEPA Lab looks forward to engaging with the Knowledge Equity Network and its international community of learners, researchers, practitioners, and innovators. Through research, education, and international collaboration, the Lab aims to contribute to the development of a more open, inclusive, and equitable knowledge ecosystem and to support higher education in addressing shared global challenges.
