The recruitment call for the 2026โ2027 academic year by HEPALab (Higher Education Policy and Assessment Lab) welcomes scholars and researchers from higher education policy, assessment, pedagogy, and related interdisciplinary fields to join the Lab on a voluntary, non-remunerated basis.

Research Fellow

Associate Research Fellow
Target Audience: Master's degree holders with strong research capabilities and demonstrated potential for independent academic research.
Expectations: Contribute to ongoing research projects, assist in research design, data analysis, and academic writing, and participate in academic discussions, research activities, and collaborative projects.
Virtual Visiting Scholar
Target Audience: University faculty, postdoctoral researchers, doctoral researchers, or external scholars and researchers interested in conducting collaborative research remotely.
Expectations: Engage in short- to medium-term virtual research collaboration with the lab, contribute to joint research projects and academic publications, and participate in online research meetings, seminars, and scholarly activities. Applicants should submit a brief research proposal outlining their intended collaboration and its alignment with the lab's research priorities.
Affiliated Researcher
Target Audience: External collaborators, non-resident researchers, and cross-institutional academics.
Expectations: Flexible joint publication, collaborative projects, and shared research outputs.
Research Assistant
Target Audience: Undergraduate students, Master's students, doctoral students, and early-career researchers with an interest in academic research.
Expectations: Provide research support through literature reviews, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, data collection, academic writing, and assistance with research projects and lab activities.
