Biography
Weijian Kong serves as a Associate Research Fellow at the HEPA Lab. His scholarship bridges international language pedagogy with educational psychology, artificial intelligence in institutional decision-making, and student development. Kong has co-authored multiple peer-reviewed academic papers addressing diverse educational challenges, including studies on public accountability and social responsibility among nursing students, the strategic integration of artificial intelligence in private university governance, and the psychological mechanisms influencing student well-being and academic achievement.
